Brian O’Neill is an experienced real estate investor, coach, podcast host, and author. Brian uses his 25 years of sales experience to structure creative finance transactions with sellers in the Chicagoland area and solve their challenging real estate problems. He believes that mastering the phone is a critical skill to learn when talking to sellers and creating winning deals.  Brian is passionate about giving back to the community and believes that helping his clients realize their dreams is one way he can do that.
