He is also a trusted advisor to energy entrepreneurs, helping them navigate business partnership challenges, including dissolutions, strategic milestones, and internal disputes.

As the founder of Oliva Partners Management LLC, a long-only value investment fund, he leverages his legal knowledge and investment insights to provide exceptional guidance to leadership teams and business owners. Outside of his professional life, Zack is passionate about fostering the next generation of entrepreneurs.
