Meet our CEO & Founder, Julio Caceres.
After 4 years of loyal service in the United
States Marine Corp, he started working for
the US Department of Homeland Security.
He then retired from the Marine Corp and helped develop the CBP ROAM app, saving tax payers millions of dollars.
After that he went to work for large banks and financial institutions in the Mortgage Origination Departments and came up with the idea for BRiX.
While working at a large bank, he was assisting a young family getting with a mortgage. During the final review of the loan package he saw what this family was paying monthly in fees to the bank and wanted to come up with a different way of investing into Real Estate. In his own words "My goal is to help bring the power of real estate investing to the masses."
