Frank Rizzo

Frank is the Co-Founder of Stone Capital Investors. He has over 20 years experience in real estate as a broker, owner and syndicator. For the past 12 years he has been active in the MHP space and during that time he has acquired and re-positioned over 20 communities.

Starting his entrepreneurial journey in high school, Frank obtained his real estate license at 19 and one on the earn his Series 7,24, and 63 by 23. He later opened his brokerage company, Cornerstone Realty at 28. With a focus on alternative investment opportunities in the real estate market, Frank has trained industry recognized top producing sales agents and developed a track record for sourcing and re-positioning unique investment opportunities. He had been elected by his industry peers to serve as a director and President of the Staten Island Board of Realtors.

With a deep passion for learning and improvement for both himself and the real estate industry, Frank and his partner Eric Busuttil, launched theMHPexchange.com and podcast to share information with like-minded professionals.

Frank attributes his success to the F.I.L.O. system, first in, last out. He believes that the proper energy, drive and passion outweigh other perceived shortcomings. Maintaining focus and moving from one situation to another with the same enthusiasm are key factors in his journey and success.
