Alexander Theofilis is a student of Mergers & Acquisitions with a focused interest in roll-up consolidations.
At the age of 15, Alexander first entered the buyout business, shadowing a $53 million leveraged finance transaction. Since then he has worked alongside his mentors, learning from their example.
Alexander is a longtime supporter of the Boy Scouts of America through which he earned the rank of Eagle Scout in his youth.
